1. Service
Naturalyx provides software tools to rewrite and polish text. Output is assistive; you remain responsible for reviewing and publishing content.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Naturalyx to violate law, infringe others’ rights, bypass academic or employer integrity rules, distribute malware, or abuse the API/quota. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
4. Your content
You retain rights to text you submit. You grant us a limited license to transmit and process that text solely to provide the rewrite you request. We do not claim ownership of your manuscripts.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that rewritten text will pass any detector, meet a grade requirement, or be free of errors. Always review output before use.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans, quotas, and refunds follow the pricing page and your payment provider’s rules. Unused quota may expire per plan terms.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but may interrupt service for maintenance, vendor outages, or force majeure. Rewrite quality depends in part on upstream models.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturalyx is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of outputs or downtime.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
